Hello beep396, that’s a good question. Climate change is a real problem today for life on Earth. If climate change continues, the Earth (world) won’t end. The Earth itself is quite strong and has seen many ice ages and times of warming since it was formed billions of years ago. What might come to an end is life as we know it. We know that animals have gone extinct because of temperature changes and loss of habitat but we also know that animals are pretty good at evolving. From a human perspective, it will probably mean that we can no longer live in very hot countries such as Africa and more of us will live in cooler areas in northern Europe. It’s an odd balance, some animals are doing really well because of climate change (birds don’t have to migrate so far south any more!) but others, like polar bears, are struggling due to the lack of ice. I don’t believe that life will ever disappear due to climate change…it will just have to change and adapt : -)
