• Question: have you ever tried a PHD strip on a chemical liquid

      Hello Pythonz! It was great chatting with you yesterday! I’ve used pH indicator strips (if that’s what you mean?) before to test for acid in liquids. As a geologist (someone who studies rocks), using the strips is quite a common exercise 🙂 Have you used them at school in your classes? : -)

      I did when I was at school. I thought it was fun seeing how the strip changed colour, by how much and what that meant.

      Definitely! I did that a lot in high school, and then at University, but I also had a pH strip at home so I would test food and water as well as I was curious! Obviously I would take a little bit of food and water to a small container before using the pH strip and then obviously not eat or drink it after using the strip!
